Our mission is to increase the influence of consumers in the design and marketing of new products and services. We do this by providing more effective ways of documenting and communicating consumer likes, needs, and wants to those who serve the consumer marketplace.

In recent years technological innovations have helped companies to become more productive. Greater productivity has helped to improve profits. To continue to improve profitability companies must gain a greater market share for their products. To gain a greater market share, companies must improve product and service quality. Quality cannot be improved without reliable input from consumers.

Although market research firms are attracted to the Internet because it is much less expensive than either telephone or mail, few firms seem to realize that Internet communications per se have created opportunities for new kinds of market research tools.

We have created a way of using the Internet to predict consumer behavior. We call our unique new market research tool MetaChoiceTM (U.S. Patent #5,717,865). MetaChoiceTM has many applications. One version helps consumers to make much wiser decisions when they choose a consumer product or service (see College Choice). Another version of MetaChoiceTM greatly increases the reliability of public opinion polls. In a poll taken just before the 2000 election MetaChoiceTM predicted 89% of respondent choices for President. Still a third version can be used to generate the kind of consumer feedback that's essential to the improvement of any company's product or service (see the Hospital Care Survey or Emergency Department Survey).
